DIG DEEP WITH DEEP ROOTS
When I set out to engineer a better beer, I pride myself on the extensive research and testing that is conducted before ultimately software formulating and brewing the new concoction. However, while there are very real scientific principles behind the way a great beer tastes, the most important ingredient to a superior beer experience is the company in which it is enjoyed.
With the right effort, anyone can make a beer taste pretty good. To make it taste great, it’s best enjoyed with family and friends in a comfortable and relaxed environment.
THE FOURTH C ARIZONA PALE ALE
Finally, an IPA for all! A very sessionable brew, the Fourth C is slightly darker than a standard IPA. Deep Roots Brewery has managed to engineer a beer with amazing body and head retention that’s not too heavy to drink a few.
Made with hand-juiced and pasteurized pink grapefruit (which is sourced locally), the Fourth C’s refreshingly juicy finish appeals to non-IPA drinkers and hardcore hop heads alike.
WESTSIDE WHEAT AMERICAN WHEAT
It’s just barely an amber and that’s what makes it so good. Somewhere between an amber and brown ale, Westside Wheat American Wheat is engineered to combine traditional German hefe, banana and clove flavors along with a finish of bitter orange peel, sweet orange peel and local mesquite honey smokiness.
Most people are surprised that an amber ale can be so flavorful.
